ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We have set the date for the annual general meeting to discuss the Society as at 31 March 2025.

We have now set up the AGM meeting link for you to register. It would be good to get as many of you there as possible. We will be presenting the new HFESNZ Rules in line with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and will look to get these approved at the meeting so we can then re-register the Society.

We are looking to fill quite a few vacancies on the Committee this year. If you are interested in joining, please complete the nomination form.

Please complete the NOMINATION FORM if you would like to stand for any of these vacancies.

You can also complete it on behalf of a member if you would like to nominate someone else.

We are in the process of finalising the Annual Report and this will be distributed separately next week.
