ShopCare HSR Development Day 2025
ShopCare is hosting an HSR Development Day designed to give Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs), H&S champions, and frontline workers the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to be effective in their roles. It’s more than compliance—helping HSRs engage their teams and support better workplace health, safety, and well-being outcomes.

Health & Safety Representatives (HSRs) are vital to workplace safety. But they need the right knowledge, skills, and confidence to do this well. This full-day event, hosted by ShopCare, will equip your HSRs with the key skills they need, including:
✔ Understanding work as done vs. work as imagined
✔ Hazard and risk management
✔ Evaluating and improving controls
✔ The role of workplace culture in safety
✔ How to engage, participate, and communicate effectively
✔ Practical tools to take back to the workplace
